4月２０日（水）ダイエット教室を開催しました
今回は、「減量は、食事だけではダメ、運動だけではムリ」 をテーマにお話ししました。
このダイエット教室は、医師から「やせないと、膝や腰の痛みがよくならないですよ」と言われた方対象なので、本気度 が違うと思います。
毎月第3水曜日　12：30～13：00　に開催しています。
